Pre-Service Waiver & Acknowledgment

By booking services through Mount Nation, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. TV mounting and home technology installation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to minor wall damage, drilling into hidden electrical or plumbing, or equipment malfunction.

2. I have provided accurate information about my wall type, TV size, and installation environment. Mount Nation is not responsible for undisclosed conditions.

3. Mount Nation coordinates professional services through its network of trained Service Experts, who operate under strict protocols and standards.

4. I consent to the collection of service-related photos and waivers as part of the job verification process.

5. I agree that all disputes will be resolved through mediation and binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, and that Mount Nation’s liability is capped at $10,000.
