Mount Nation – Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 30, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service through www.mountnationusa.com, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply alongside our Privacy & Service Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Mount Nation coordinates premium TV mounting and home technology services delivered by trained Mount Nation Service Experts. While Service Experts are independently operating professionals, they perform work under Mount Nation’s strict guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate booking details and safe access to your home.
Sign the required pre-service waiver before work begins.
Sign the release of liability after work is completed.
Ensure the work area is clear and suitable for installation.

4. Payments

All bookings require a deposit at checkout (review deposit policy).
Remaining balance is due immediately after service.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.

5. Liability & Waivers

You understand and accept that all installations involve some risk (e.g., damage to walls, wiring, or equipment).
You agree to waive claims against Mount Nation after signing the release of liability.
Mount Nation’s liability is limited to $10,000

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through:

Written notice (30 days).
Internal resolution (60 days).
Confidential mediation in Texas.
Final, binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.

⚖️ By booking, you waive the right to jury trials, lawsuits, or class actions.

7. Updates to Terms

Mount Nation may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
