4. Professional Service Standards

Every installation is performed by a Mount Nation Service Expert operating under our strict protocols. Each expert is:

  • Trained in Mount Nation’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Required to carry and maintain the proper tools and Mount Nation Power Kits for readiness.

  • Bound by our confidentiality and privacy standards to protect your home and information.

  • Paid weekly based on completed, verified jobs.

 

These experts represent Mount Nation’s reputation and are held accountable to our standards.

 

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. It is only shared when absolutely necessary:

  • With Service Experts to complete your booking.

  • With secure payment processors (Stripe, PayPal).

  • With scheduling and communication tools we use to deliver seamless service.

  • With regulators or courts if required by law.

 

Once information is shared for fulfillment purposes, those Service Experts must follow Mount Nation’s confidentiality and waiver rules.

 

6. Security & Data Protection

  • Our Wix-powered website uses SSL encryption and secure hosting.

  • Payment details are processed by certified providers.

  • All communications are logged and monitored for quality.

 

While no system is 100% immune, we take every reasonable step to protect your information.

 

7. Customer Waivers

To ensure clarity and fairness, customers agree to:

  • Pre-Service Waiver: acknowledging the risks of TV mounting or modifications.

  • Post-Service Release: confirming satisfaction and releasing Mount Nation from future claims after service is completed.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

We aim to deliver flawless service, but if a dispute arises:

  1. Submit a written notice within 30 days.

  2. Our internal team will attempt resolution within 60 days.

  3. If unresolved, we proceed to confidential mediation in Texas.

  4. If still unresolved, disputes go to final, binding arbitration in Harris County, TX.

  • No class actions or jury trials are permitted.

  • Arbitrators may award actual damages only, the cost of the booking (whichever is less).

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Mount Nation’s role is to coordinate, support, and oversee. While our Service Experts follow strict SOPs, Mount Nation’s liability is capped at $10,000.

 

10. Contractor Compliance (Our Service Experts)

Behind the scenes, our Service Experts agree to:

  • Keep Mount Nation Power Kits stocked at all times.

  • Submit before/after job photos for verification.

  • Use customer waivers without exception.

  • Protect customer information with confidentiality agreements.

  • Follow our SOPs to ensure safe, clean, and professional work.

 

You don’t need to worry about this — we enforce it so you get reliable, stress-free service every time.

 

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy to improve transparency or comply with new laws. Updates take effect immediately upon posting here.
