Refund & Deposit Policy

1. Deposits (Required for All Bookings)

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

 

2. Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • This ensures we can reserve time with a Mount Nation Service Expert, allocate travel, and prepare necessary equipment and power kits.

  • If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

  • If you cancel, arrive late, provide incorrect details, or are unavailable at the time of service, your deposit is forfeited.

 

3. Balance Payments

  • The remaining balance is due immediately after service is completed.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal or other 3rd party payment processing systems, and a receipt is emailed instantly.

 

4. Refunds (Final Sales Policy)

  • All completed services are considered final sales.

  • Once a Mount Nation Service Expert has performed your installation, no refunds are provided.

  • Customers sign a Post-Service Release of Liability confirming satisfaction with the work performed.

 

5. Exceptions (Rare & Limited)

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The booking was charged in error (duplicate transaction).

  • The service was not performed due to Mount Nation’s direct cancellation.

In such rare cases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding deposits or refunds must follow Mount Nation’s Dispute Resolution Policy:

  • Written notice within 30 days.

  • Internal review (60 days).

  • Mediation in Texas.

  • Final, binding arbitration in Harris County, TX.
